Order Status

Has my order shipped?

If you ever need to check the status of your order or the status of your shipping, you can login to your account by clicking My Account in the upper right portion of your screen. Once logged into your account, click the History and details of your order link to view the details of your order.

When will my backorder arrive?

We have taken steps to avoid the need to backorder items. Our website only lists items we currently have in stock. In the rare event that we have sold out of an item, we will contact you by email to let you know the length of time it will take to receive the item back in stock.

My order has not arrived.

First check your account by clicking My Account in the upper right portion of your screen to determine if your package has been shipped. Once logged into your account click the History and details of your order link to view the details of your order, then locate the status heading of your most recent to see if the status has been changed to shipped.

How do I cancel my order/item?

If you wish to cancel your order or any item on your order, please have your order number ready and call us at (888) 708-PURE (7873). You can look up your order number by logging into your account by clicking the My Account link in the upper right portion of your screen. Then, click on the History and details of your orders link. Find the date of the order in question and reference the order number for that date. Once your order has left our facility it cannot be cancelled. In this case you will have to return the unwanted items to Plantlife for a refund. Please see our shipping and returns page for more information.

An item is missing from my shipment.

In the event that an item is missing from your shipment, please have your order number ready and call us at (888) 708-PURE (7873). You can look up your order number by logging into your account by clicking the My Account link in the upper right portion of your screen. Then click on the History and details of your orders link. Find the date of the order in question and reference the order number for that date.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking on the My Account link in the upper right hand portion of your screen.

How do I edit My Account information?

To edit your account information login to your account by clicking on the My Account link in the upper right hand portion of your screen. Proceed to login into your account, then click the "Your Personal Information" link if you wish to edit your name, email, password, birthday or newsletters receipt. If you wish to modify your address, Login into your account as usual and then click the “Your addresses link” once you are logged into your account.

I forgot my password.

To retrieve your password, click on the My Account link in the upper right hand portion of your screen. When the login screen appears click the link that says Forgot your Password? This link is located at the bottom of the Already Registered login box. This will take you to a new page where you can enter the email address associated with your account. Click Retrieve and your password will be sent to you.

How much is my shipping?

When will my order ship?

The average processing time for an order is 1-3 days, this does not include shipping time. Most orders ship within 48 hours but can take up to 5 business days depending on the amount of volume. During holiday seasons, September to December, expect 4 to 10 business days to process orders. Please note that orders submitted after 12 pm (Pacific Standard Time) may not be processed the same day. Do you ship internationally and what are the costs?

We use UPS (certain restrictions apply) for continental domestic, and International shipments, including Canada, Europe, Latin America, Asia and the US Virgin Islands. However, for non-contiguous states and some international locations USPS seems a better cost effective choice, depending on weight of package, this would include Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Our online shopping cart automatically calculates package weight and shipping costs based on the items you select and the method you select.

All information input by you and transmitted to our site is protected by an encryption using Secure Sockets Layer Technology (SSL). SSL encrypts your order information before it is transmitted to us to avoid the decoding of your information by anyone other than Plantlife.

Pricing and Billing

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged once we verify that we have your completed order in stock and ready to ship.

When will my credit appear on My Account?

You credit will be processed within two business days of us receiving your return. Please note that it may take a few extra days for the return to show up on your credit card based on when the credit card company processes your refund back to your account.

I have a question on my charges.

Please call customer service toll-free at (888) 708-PURE (7873) to resolve any charges made to your credit card.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

If you live within the state of California you will have to pay sales tax based on the county you live in. Residents of all other states are exempt from paying sales tax.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Once your payment has been processed the option to download a PDF version of your invoice will be available. You will need to login into your account by clicking on the My Account link in the upper right hand portion of your screen. Then click on the History and details of your orders link. Under the invoice heading you will see a link to download a PDF version of your invoice. You can choose the option to open the PDF with Adobe Acrobat or save the invoice to a file in PDF format. If you don’t have Adobe Acrobat installed you can download it for free from Adobe's website at http://get.adobe.com/reader/

How do I find a particular item?

Our website has a search feature that will locate any item you may be looking for. You can enter a search by keyword (such as "soap" or "lemongrass") or you can search by an individual product code.

How do I navigate the site?

We have taken steps to ensure that you can reach any part of our site with a minimal amount of mouse clicks. There are two ways to navigated through our products. At the top of the page you can click on the products link and it will take you to a page that displays our products based on category. The left side navigation bar also displays products by category and subcategory. Information about Plantlife and other resources are available by clicking the links in the top black navigation bar or by clicking any of the links on the bottom black navigation bar.

Also at the top right, you'll find links to your account, shopping cart and a product search function.
