Aromatherapy is the perfect way to relax, so there's no reason diffusing your favorite essential oil blends should be a headache. We'll simplify things for you so you can get to your chosen activities sooner, whether that's a cup of tea while relaxing, a stress-relieving yoga set, or drifting off to dreamland.
You will also need water. Distilled Water is best for diffusers as it will keep them running at peak performance over their lifetime.
All you have to do is open up the diffuser and fill it with water, making sure not to exceed the maximum fill line as marked. Depending on the diffuser it may be difficult to see, since it is often the same color as the inside, so make sure you take closer look inside to assure you fill it to the proper level. The maximum fill level of the diffuser we used is 500ml.
Once you've filled it with water, just add 5-10 drops of your favorite essential oil blend. If you prefer a stronger aroma, or you're diffusing in a larger room, feel free to add more drops. There's no wrong answer here as it's based on personal preference, and space. Make sure to read the instructions provided so you don't add more than the diffuser can handle! It's suggested to use no more than 1 drop for every 1ml of water.
All that's left to do is secure the lid back in place, plug it in, and press the power button and you're ready to relax and enjoy the aroma of your favorite essential oil blend.
