Employee Appreciation Day falls on the first Friday of March every year. This means that tomorrow is the big day! There is no pressure to show appreciation to your employees on this exact day. Celebrate with food. Treat your employees to a team lunch or have lunch brought in. Not having to worry about bringing a lunch is always a relief for anyone. You can also switch things up by bringing in breakfast instead.
Thank you cards. A simple thank you via a hand written note is sentimental and a great way to let your employees know exactly why you appreciate them.
