"Spearmint essential oil smells lovely and is approved for use with children when they have a cold. It's gentler than Peppermint. I love to diffuse Spearmint mixed with Vanilla. It clears my sinuses and smells like a Tic Tac. A few drops in a roll-on makes me feel cool in the heat of summer. Mixing it with any of the pines or firs reminds me of Christmas and Skiing in the mountains. Definitely a mood lifter."
